Dr. Andrew Lazar M.D. (Medical Director)
Our Medical Director
Dr. Lazar is a highly skilled and experienced nephrologist by trade, dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with kidney-related conditions and other chronic comorbidities. With expertise in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic kidney diseases, hypertension, electrolyte imbalances, some endocrine related complications (i.e. diabetes) and relative cardiac conditions, Dr. Lazar is committed to improving patient outcomes through personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
With a passion for advancing health, Dr. Lazar stays at the forefront of the field by engaging in ongoing education and research trials and studies.
Known for his compassionate approach and dedication to patient care, Dr. Lazar takes the time to listen, educate, and empower patients to manage their health effectively. Using Dr. Lazar's expertise and passion for managing acute and chronic conditions, Cleveland Medical Management, understands that our skilled nursing population is at the greatest risk for health declines.
